Branch Introduction
Anji White Tea Group Co., Ltd. was established in September 2022, and is affiliated with Zhejiang Anji Agricultural Investment High-Tech Group Co., Ltd. The company's Party branch was founded at the beginning of 2023 and currently has nine official Party members. Since its establishment, the branch has closely followed the requirements for high-quality development of the “three teas,” proactively fulfilling its role, and fully leveraging the “red engine” of Party building to develop the white tea industry that enriches the people in areas such as cooperation between eastern and western regions, increasing farmers' income, and improving the quality and efficiency of the industry.
Branch Work Characteristics
1. Bridging Mountains and Seas, Demonstrating Red Commitment. Using Anji White Tea as a golden leaf bond, we continue to provide assistance through “White Leaf No.1” in three provinces and five counties, as well as in regions receiving targeted support. We deepen and solidify the rural revitalization Party building alliance, continuously expand cooperative joint construction and assistance pathways, and sign a branch pairing agreement with Yangliugou Village in Xianfeng County, Hubei Province. Working together with the county's white tea special team, we regularly organize technical personnel to go to the recipient areas for on-site support, providing professional guidance on aspects such as Spring Tea picking, processing, and sales. This helps the recipient areas to cultivate a group of talents and cadres who are proficient in both technology and management, comprehensively establishing a working situation where growing “White Leaf No.1” can enrich the people. This year, four batches totaling 18 technical personnel were dispatched to the three provinces and five counties.
2. Rooting in the Workshop, Stimulating Red Energy. During the tea season, Party members and cadres regard production work as the main battlefield for practicing their original aspirations and missions, embodying responsibility and commitment through concrete actions. From the purchase of fresh tea leaves to processing and production, and then packaging and shipping, there are always “red vests” leading the way and taking the initiative at every stage, demonstrating the vanguard role in ensuring the smooth progress of all work, and playing a pivotal role in winning the battle of tea season production.
3. Building a Base, Continuing the Red Legacy. Relying on the skills master studio, the branch conducts ongoing professional training in tea processing, planting, tea appraisal, and tea art through a mentorship model of “teaching, helping, and guiding.” In the past two years, more than ten senior tea appraisers and tea artists have been trained. During the Hangzhou Asian Games, the company's tea artists performed tea art demonstrations at the Athletes' Village. Prior to the tea season, order-based farmer training is conducted, systematically explaining scientific management knowledge for tea gardens to promote increased production and income for tea farmers.
Future Work Plan
Strengthen the Leading Role of Party Work. Deepen the connotations of East-West cooperation in Party building joint construction, conduct cooperation across more dimensions and layers, give full play to the advantages of Party organizations in mechanisms, talent resources, planning and construction, and vigorously promote joint Party branches, mutual holdings in industries, and interconnectivity of resources, establishing and perfecting a Party building model that enriches the people through “branches + talents + science and technology + industry.”
Deepen Assistance to Recipient Areas. Jointly with the county's white tea special team, focus on the “five mechanisms” to continuously enhance the effectiveness of assistance, strengthen industrial technology guidance, improve “Blood-making” capabilities, and deepen the latter half of the common prosperity story in the recipient areas.
Promote Modernized Tea Garden Construction. Increase the innovation efforts of the skills master studio, using order-based tea gardens as examples, thoroughly implementing “four unifications” in management, strengthening agricultural guidance, exploring practical applications of drone aerial spraying technologies, and enhancing the benefits for tea enterprises and farmers.
Improve Market-Oriented Business Results. Explore new models of “Party building +”, “Party building + standardization” to establish an awareness of clean business practices and create a positive atmosphere for work; “Party building + culture” to improve professional abilities and overall qualities, cultivating an awareness of public marketing; “Party building + projects” to highlight work priorities and demonstrate leading roles in tackling difficult tasks.
