Secondly, the ratio of hot water to room temperature water. Again taking Dafolongjing tea as an example, after adding 2 g of tea into a straight cylindrical glass cup with a capacity of 200 mL, use hot water and room temperature water for a two-step brewing process. First, add 3/4 capacity (150 mL) of boiling water and steep for 60 seconds, then add 1/4 capacity (50 mL) of room temperature drinking water, and you can now enjoy a cup of Dafolongjing tea with just the right taste.
